Acceptance of Terms

• Data Mining: Not to engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this Service, or while using this Service.
• Spamming: Not to engage in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited messages.
• Malicious Activity: Not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, or the servers and networks connected to the Service.
• Reporting: To report any activity or content that violates these T&C to Spotmate immediately.

Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

Spotmate is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees about the reliability or availability of our Service. We disclaim all warranties, both express and implied, to the extent permitted by UK law. Spotmate shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our Service, except as required by UK law.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Spotmate are owned by Spotmate, its licensors, or other content providers. These are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination
